Our
Affiliated Pharmacies can fill prescription medications
for chronic conditions such as heart disease, skin disorders,
cancer, diabetes, allergies, etc. Controlled medications
are available from our US Pharmacy with a valid prescription
from your doctor.
Who
will bill me ?
You
will be billed by the pharmacy that you choose to order
from. RxPricelink is strictly your source for price comparison
and information.
How
much is shipping and handling ?
Shipping
and Handling varies from Pharmacy to Pharmacy. Some of
our affiliated pharmacies will allow for multiple orders
to be fulfilled in one shipment. Keep in mind that the shipping
and handling applies to the entire order, not each prescription.
How
are my Prescriptions shipped ?
Your
Prescriptions are shipped via Canadian
Express Post, US Post or DHL or UPS.
How
long will it take to receive my Prescriptions ?
Delivery
can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks; this time period is
based upon the Pharmacy chosen and the mail system.
You should allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery to be safe.

However, our affiliated pharmacies possess a license within
their respective countries.

Do
you require a prescription to purchase from our affiliate
Pharmacies?

must have a valid prescription from your doctor to order
your medicine from our affiliated pharmacies. Per the agreement
between the governing bodies of the host pharmacies, the prescriptions
must be sent to the pharmacy.

Do
you offer over-the-counter medications ?
Yes, please
email us with your medication if you do not find it within
our search area.
How
many medications can I buy ?
According
to the current importation laws, you can purchase the equivalent
to a 90-day supply. There are no restrictions on the number
of prescriptions. However, our affiliate pharmacies will
only fulfill the quantity that is written on your prescription.

Are
the drugs available internationally the same as those in the US?
Medicines
designated with trade names are manufactured by the pharmaceutical
manufacturer of record. All medications sold
internationally
are NOT FDA approved. With that said, all medications as
approved through an equivalent governing body within the
affiliated pharmacy's country.
Is
it safe to use my Credit Card when ordering?
Absolutely.
We have taken every precaution to make your transactions
secure. All account information submitted to us is safely
isolated from unauthorized access.
Will
I have to pay Sales Tax ?
To
date American customers do not pay sales tax.
How
can I pay from my order ?
Our
affiliated Pharmacies accept most credit cards.
What
if I need to return my order ?
Charges
can only be refunded if the return is due to an error by
our affiliated pharmacies. All returns must be accompanied
by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it
will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card,
refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check
or money order , a refund check will be mailed to you.
Are
there any restrictions in dealing with International
Pharmacies
?
The
FDA and customs control all medication that enter the United
States. Currently both of these governing bodies are allow
, at their discretion, medications to enter the
US. Our affiliated pharmacies will send only "personal
use" quantities of medication. Our international pharmacies will
not and can not send controlled substances or narcotics.
Can
more than one person order under one shipment?
This
option is dependent upon the pharmacy chosen. Please refer
to the pharmacy summary page.
Do
you accept insurance, medicare or medicade ?
Currently
our pharmacies do not directly accept U.S. insurance, medicare
or medicade.

do I Refill my order?
Refilling your order is easy.
RxPricelink will remind you via email, mail or by phone – please
reflect your choice when ordering. If you would like, give

the refill request.
